Magnolia Wellness Vending Policy

First and foremost you must be a patient of our collective to vend with us. Our policy is to only take the best of the best when it comes to medicinal cannabis. If you believe that your medicine is up to par then feel free to come by and drop off a sample at the front desk. Along with your sample we would like you to include your contact information, the strain name, quantity available, and the donation price you are asking for. If we are interested we will contact you, most likely within 24 hours... no call back from us means that at this point in time it is a pass.

Once we agree to a donation price on your medicine we will send a sample off to Steep Hill Labs for a mold and fungi test. Results from the test are normally back to us in about a week. In the meantime, the vendor has two options. Option one is to receive one half of the agreed upon donation price prior to the sample being sent to Steep Hill Labs. The meds are left with us until the mold/fungi results come back... if the sample passes the test the vendor can immediately come and pick up the remainder of the balance owed. If the sample fails the test then the vendor has two weeks to come back and pickup his meds and return the deposit. The second option is that the vendor can take his medicine home with him with an agreement that he will hold it for us at the agreed upon price until the mold/fungi test results are received. Once the results of the mold/fungi test come back clean we will call the vendor in and exchange his meds for the agreed upon donation price. Magnolia Wellness will incur the cost and pay for all testing of your meds.
